Your estimated delivery period includes fulfillment time (to create your products) and shipping time (to deliver to your door). Delivery times can vary and are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the type of product, where it is produced, where it is delivered, size and dimensions and production capacity.
Processing Time:
Before shipping, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. During peak periods such as sales, holidays or other promotional events, processing times may take longer than usual. In these instances, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are provided at checkout. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Shipping Providers:
We use reputable carriers local to you, such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on the shipping option selected and the shipping destination. This ensures reliable and timely delivery.
International Shipping:
Our print partner network means we print and ship orders as close to your delivery location as possible, cutting delivery time and impact on the environment.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status and delivery date.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to prevent delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. We also can not ship to PO Boxes and cannot refund orders made, with incorrect addresses.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Shipping Confirmation:
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
