Order FAQ

1. Digital downloads – You’ll be automatically directed to the receipt page where you can download your purchases (click “download” text just below item name). You may also check your email. Be sure our email hasn’t gone into your ‘spam’ or ‘trash’ folder. If your email with download links hasn’t arrived after 24hrs, then please contact us, using the form below.

2. Shipping – All items are usually dispatched between 1 and 3 working days of order. Sorry, we are unable to offer tracking of your packages at this time. Please check the page of the resource you purchased for any specific shipping information.

3. International orders for non-wholesale items – Can take about 2 full weeks to arrive but may take 3-4 weeks during busy postal seasons. This is due to shipments clearing customs, we have no control over this. If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, contact us with a copy of your receipt (received in email) so we can best help you.
